My wife was recommended by her general dentist to have one of her wisdom tooth extracted. Since, her pain was to so unbearable, we decided to try Dr. Azzouni for the extraction. The doctor was in a hurry from the beginning, which is still acceptable to me if the quality of the treatment is excellent, but in this it wasn't. He asked me to wait outside and then after 10 minutes my wife came out. She told me that the doctor did not put any kind of topical medicines to numb her gums before injecting the local anesthetic. It was painful. BUT HE DIDN'T EVEN WAIT FOR 5 MINUTES AFTER THE INJECTION, TO TAKE ITS EFFECTS, AND WENT STRAIGHT INTO THE EXTRACTION PROCESS. Her pain from the whole process increased instead of decreasing and took 5 days to go away.

Dentist referred me 2 take a look @ an anomaly seen in my Xray. The assistant was very nice, asked alot of ?s, & I get the scan. She looks @ the X ray, zooms in/out, lightens/darkens it, looks at it from all sides. There is a little mark but the dr may see something else. He finally comes in & quickly says "I dont see anything", pointing to the wrong side. He realizes his mistake, points to the other side, says there is a bit of a mark, & puts gloves on. He checked my jaw & asked me to open my mouth. He forced open my lips, shoves his legit fat finger into the back of my mouth (lucky I didnt gag), shifts to the right side, & didnt say a thing. He then starts rattling off random“reasons” why there may be a mark. He didnt look @ the X ray from any other angle, didnt do anything but look @ it for the 2 secs it took for him to walk through the entryway to me. He said “You're all set”, I picked up my coat, turned around & he was gone! It was a complete waste of time & ins money

I was recommended to see these people, by my dentist for 4 wisdom teeth removel especially one that gives me a lot of pain. The dr wanted to remove those and 2 more (he obviously wants money) when u got the bill (before he even worked on me) the were asking for 704 upfront right after the holidays. They clearly don’t do payment plans and don’t care about you. I wanted to reschedule for later so I can pay for and she was rude to me over the phone wouldn’t let me talk and hung up on me, now they won’t answer phone. Clearly patients care they don’t care at all about them they only care about the money. I am now calling the dental board!
