Dr. Madala is a god send for my back pain!!!!!!!

The staff upfront are topshelf the nurses are caring and listen to your concerns and needs . I've had multiple failed surgeries and Dr Madala has been a Godsend for the last 15 years to keep pai tolerable

I am 79 years old and travel nearly 50 miles to this clinic. Had first appointment. My husband was not allowed to stay with me during this "procedure". I was scared enough but there was no reason he coud not be there, I was not getting an appendectomy or something very invasive. Has appointment for follow up, went as scheduled but was turned away because pain wasn't severe enough.Nobody said anything about that before. Thought an appointment was an apppointment. Drove almost 100 miles FOR NOTHING! On a limited income this is a burden and these folks didn't seem to care one bit.

I've seen other physicians at first, but after seeing him, I decided that Dr. Madala was the right physician for taking care of me and my back problem.

The medical staff was courteous and caring. However, the treatment was unsuccessful and left me feeling more pain. This seemed to result in difficulty getting a follow-up appointment after treatments.Office staff was very misleading and unwilling to listen to my concerns after the procedure.
