I had lost my insurance and called Dr. Baddela which was going on during the Covid-19. I actually called her five times begging her to call me explaining that I was out of my medication and was doing very badly!! My anxiety attacks were severe and I hadn't had my medication in a month and a half. I explained on the voicemail I would pay whatever I needed to out of pocket. I just needed my Abilify. You are not supposed to stop this medication!!! She has yet to give me a return call. You can see she really doesn't care about her patients or their well being!!

I am still recovering from her medical mistake. Please, be careful who you choose for your doctor.

I had a horrible experience!!!

After years being a patient of Dr. Baddela, I lost my Xanax (60 pills)...She accused me of being a lair and abuse of my medication. I was stunned. She proceeded to lash out at me in a way that was humiliating. I suffer from WPW, which is a heart problem which causes AF...panic attacks...I already had a double cardiac ablation and she insist I have another. Then she said I was breaking the law by giving me pills. I was hospitalized for the heart problems because I was given thyroid medicine by another doctor that I didn’t need and I stopped taking estrogen. My heartbeat was excessive. Dr. Baddela told the hospital stall not to give me any Xanax because I had abused them and placed me in a mental ward. I was petrified and at 73 years old was given medication that caused me to It turned out she did send a prescription to the pharmacy, but she wrote 90 pills/take 2 a day. (I learned this 60 days after I left her office). The pharmacist asked her to correct it and she refused.… So, the pharmacist did not text me the prescription was there. After leaving the mental behavioral ward. I went to the drug store and the pharmacist was so sympathetic he gave me 60 Xanax. He kept saying “I am so sorry Miss Salima, she is difficult to work with. It was a nightmare and I had to seek therapy for PTSD...I did not have a mental problem and I was not depressed...I had a heart problem. The lexapro and antivan destroyed my body and memory...I did not have a mental problem...SHE LIED! Do not seek an appointment from this doctor!!! Salima Ruffin

I come here to open up about things going wrong but to only feel judged.. i thought maybe i was the only one or just being in my head but after reading all these reviews i don’t feel alone. She is by far one of the worst doctors. She doesn’t care about you. Always asks the same questions. Tries to make everything for the appointment very quick to get you in and out. You should leave an appointment feeling worse than before. She’s made me feel so bad i have left crying in my car. Just don’t waste your time. She doesn’t understand and will prescribe you whatever.

My Son sees Dr. Badella she is always patient with him and caring. She put him on home and hospital last year which did wonders for him gave him time to get better. I like the fact she will listen to my input and respect my ideas. She was at conference out of town and called us several times when we were having a problem. What more could you ask for. I trust her with my son.

Had a family emergency and didn’t refill my medication. Twice!

Horrible doctor, does not return calls, seen not to care, long time in following up. in between appointments long wait.
