Dr. Lakshmi Bangalore Vatsan Sri

We had a wonderful and comforting experience with Dr. Vatsan. She pays a lot of attention to small details and preps you mentally what to expect as you progress into your pregnancy. She instills confidence in you and puts you at a mentally peaceful state. She gives enough time and answers all possible questions and doesn't rush you through the appointment. Dr. Vatsanis very understanding and empathetic. Definitely we recommend her for anybody who is looking for a caring and knowledgeable gynecologist. We used to drive all the way from Milpitas to visit her and we are glad we did :) You might have to wait a lil even after having an appointment but after you meet the doctor you will not remember that you has to wait.

Doctor is very good, but I had bad experience, in their setting up my surgery date, sending the important papers to the insurance, so that they could approve my surgery. Doctor is very knowledgeable, and she told me to do the appropriate test to diagnose my uterus precancer. She told me to get surgery asap, but then her office forgot about me. After waiting for 1 week, I had to remind her front office to get me the surgery date. Then after another 10 days, insurance sent me the letter that they will not approve my surgery as Doctor's office has not sent the required documents. So, again, I had to let them know about insurance's requirements for all those papers. Then they sent those papers to insurance. I just wished, their handling of all this paperwork was as good as the doctor, who is very kind , gentle and empathetic.
