excellent and very compassionate doctor. She takes very good care of my family

This provider had a very condescending, even sarcastic bedside manner. Every question she asked me sounded like a challenge and was asked more than once as though she had already formed an opinion and did not believe my answers. Was vague in her diagnosis. Did not have accurate health history even though I had been seen multiple times in the same family practice office by another provider. Failed to provide medical release paperwork necessary for transfer of necessary health information. Told me to go back to the exam room, but I could still hear her talking about me to another provider in less-than-respectful tones. When I asked the receptionist if I was all set to leave, Dr. Polavarapu turned around and replied, "yea, leave!" I wanted to cry.

I am not recommending as very poor knowledge
