Dr. Lakshmisri Bhattacharjee, MD

This doctor should not be allowed to practice. She is rude, defensive, arrogant, and refused to answer patients. My doctor was on vacation, she was fill in and said bad things about him. would only release me if I agreed to Hospice home care which I did not need. Hospice immediately wanted to start Morphine telling me, a COPD patient , it would help me breath. Morphine shuts down respiratory! My Dr. Agrawal returned in time to save my life!

Not only is this doctor unprofessional in her bedside manner. She also misdiagnosed my mother with Sever COPD without so much as a test. Then the hospital technician who conducted the pulmonary function test again misdiagnosed her and it wasn’t until 1 month later when we could get to a legitimate pulmonologist that he showed us that the report was unsigned and was later revised to say she has NO COPD! I would not go back to Northside and I would never accept her as a hospital specialist again.

Rudest, most arrogant physician I have ever dealt with.

My father has been under this physician's care now for several years. I had to call this doctor personally to find out what the confrontation between her and my father was. She was immediately very defensive and went as far as saying that she did not want to have my father as a patient anymore. My father has not had to see this lady in approximately one year. Now, he is back in the hospital and I received a very distressing call from my sister this evening. Supposedly this lady is once again my father's doctor and she was YELLING at him. I have had enough of this doctor. As a registered nurse, I KNOW what I have to do. I will request an appointment with the CEO of the hospital and I WILL report her. Obviously talking to her is not making a difference in her character.
