Dr. Lal K Bhagchandani, MD

Two weeks ago I called this practice to make an appointment to see the doctor, and the receptionist in a very curt voice ordered me to first get a referral, which I did. TWO days ago I called back to confirm today's appointment and a recorded message said to leave my personal information that I'll be contacted within 24 hours. I was contacted today, two hours before my appointment, and the receptionist said that there's no records of such appointment. No suggestions of scheduling for an alternate day, no sympathy. Very unprofessional.

If I could give this doctor a -100%, I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Bhagchandani. He has no empathy for his patients, uncaring about whether or not his recommended treatment is good for you, unconcerned for your well-being, unprofessional. He did not care to take the time to ask if he could answer any questions we may have so when we did ask questions about our condition, he had impatient responses. All he wanted to do is see you for 3 minutes, then rush you out the door of his office because all he cares about is getting your insurance money!!! Do not go to his doctor!!! I wish I never did and NEVER EVER will again!

I am absolutely content with Dr. Lal from his routine check ups to him always being the first doc to see me in the hospital when my asthma flares. Rest assure he is there at 7 am ready to make me better. I have also been pleased with his office staff the ladies and nurses have ALWAYS given me A + attention. Asthma is not to be taking lightly and they always act fast to get the doctor to see me. Overall in my years with him I appreciate and am grateful that I am here and that he and his staff continue to take care of me !

Got a diagnosis and some meds and sent me on my way. 3 weeks later I'm not any better. follow ip appt. 2-weeks out. call for letter stating my condition for my job. told they can't help me. Dr. says go back to my primary care Dr. Cancelled my follow up appt. DO NOT RECOMMEND! One star because they wouldn't let me leave zero

Whole practice is just unprofessional. When you call your on hold for 20 min. When u go in the wait time is like 45 minutes. The dr. is super rude

Dr. Lal is very rude and staff never has scripts or anything faxed correctly. Have to call multiple times.

I arrived only to find the office locked. The help does not come until 10 minutes before the 1st appointment. They booked 3 patients for the same time I had. Once I did see him he was short and abrupt. He said I was fine but wanted further testing to confirm his diagnosis. When I questioned why he was writing the script for this test he took the paper crumbled it up and threw it through the waiting room window. VERY PROFESSIONAL!

Gave lots of meds and rushes you out the door. All those meds and I was still sick. Went back after a month and a half and was treated worse. Doesn’t explain properly and basically yelled at me in front of staff . He should have his license taken away.
