Dr. Laleh Rahimi Rezaee

I started seeing Dr. Laleh about three months. She referred me to an oral surgeon to have a difficult tooth pulled. That surgeon referred me to someone else with more experience, another oral surgeon. When I went to my scheduled appointment with Dr. Laleh her front desk person told me I'd been "fired" because I'd seen another dentist. No matter how long we talked, she couldn't get past "you saw another dentist." It's hard for me to trust dentists. I liked Dr. Laleh. Her betrayal caused me as great deal of distress.

When I received a second bill ($530) I called Rezaee's office to find out why my insurance had not yet paid. Amanda answered that they did not know. When I called Aetna insurance they said that Rezaee was outside my DMO coverage. They only covered the PPO. Before I selected my insurance I asked the front desk at Rezaee if they were on Aetna and they said yes. After discovering this mix up, I asked Amanda if they would reduce my bill to the same level they would have received if I had been on the PPO. She refused. I have used Laleh Rezaee for five years and feel they should have done more to retain my business.

We lived in Eugene for 9 years and were very happy about the dental care we received from Dr. Rezaee. She is thorough and explains information well. Have recommended her to many friends and would go back in a heart beat if we were still in the area.

Have the worse teeth in the world and lots of gum recession!!! Dr. Lahlee makes you feel that you are her only patient. Would recommend her.
