I've been going here for about 2 years and love him and his PA dr Hall they both listen to me and try to come up with a solution that I'm happy with and if I'm not they will come up with another one. They both got me into an awesome neurologist to help with my migraines. I've told them on several times I cant even tell I'm taking a medication or I don't like it they have no issue changing lt. When I first started taking lyrica and we where working our way up to the higher dose of lyrica dr happ would ask me what I thought did I want to go up or stay.they make it a very easy comfortable visit. I know some people who don't like there office because they sometimes push injections I haven't had this issue I had a injection in my neck that flailed my fibromyalgia up really bad and they said no proble we wont do that again. Also some don't like that they do random UA every 1 to 3 months I personally have no issue with this if ur there for the right reason I don't see why anyone would… have an issue. I would and have recommend this office to others

He is, by far, the worst doctor I have ever seen. He spent several minutes of my visit searching the Internet on his lap top to show me how people inject Opana. I'm a 60 year old professional woman. No interest whatsoever in injecting anything. He was just wasting time so not to have to address my problem. He told me I have an injury that could be resolved with surgery and that he would not treat me unless I had surgery. Think about that. Again. The worst doctor I have ever seen!

At first I appreciated how blunt Dr. Nguyen is. That's my style - quick and to the point. Then I realized he was just being cocky. Dr. Nguyen undertreated me, and his office dragged their feet getting back to me until it got so bad that I had to call him after hours. He recommended that I go to the ER and ask for pain meds. Let me repeat that. He wanted me to go to the ER. To ask for pain meds. Because I love looking like a junkie. Dr. Nguyen was cocky and combative in the exam room, and he refused to treat any pain outside a certain injury. He never knew my medical history (I had to remind him of my medical history several times), as though I filled out that twelve page medical history survey for fun. I should have used crayons and drawn all over it, because they didn't have a clue what was on it anyway. But the kicker is that in our final encounter he wouldn't even shake my hand. He looked at me and my outstretched arm and just walked out. It was unbelievable. So I fired… him. Stay away from Dr. Nguyen and APS.

Quack! Stay away!!! He is just there to write prescriptions. 30 to 40 people waiting in line for him to hand out pain pills. Save yourself and loved ones time - go to a real back doctor, not a pill pusher.

This is one of the worst doctor I've ever seen. He saw what I was on (2 7.5 Lortab q 6 hours). He said that was way too much medication (?) and I just wanted drugs. I wanted to live a better life and he said I was on too much drugs (?). I knew people who are on huge amounts of methadone and I'm a figure for a small amount of Loan. But he was salivating at the mouth to do an injection, which doesn't work. Street clear of this quack. BTW, "figure" equals drug addict and *loan equals Lortab. He's liking for the easiest and fastest way to pay off student loans and then a fast-track to retirement. KEEP AWAY!

He never talked to me I want to know more about my condition

Very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. Worst bedside manner. They definitely herd patients in like cattle and do not listen to you or give you treatment options. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. Expect to wait at least an hour past your appointment time.
