Was seeing her for 10 months still have uncontrol blood pressure. You will be Lucky if you get to see ,her most of the time you will see NP. In all the time I was going only saw her in person for 5 mins. Only one NP would tell me what was wrong she gave me the name of it and Explain nothing about it. If you get someone to actually pick up the phone and not be the machine you’re lucky too. Was told to call on the weekend if my BP went really high as they have a doctor on call. So called 3 times that weekend and got no call back . Same when I called the Office when my I I was having issues again. I never got a call back.

I was scheduled for two appointments but developed an upper respiratory infection. When I called numerous times to reschedule my appointments I only got an answering machine and left my phone number. Never received a return call. Extremely frustrated!

I have been a patient of Dr. Luo for about seven or eight years. I find she is extremely thorough and questions you about all aspects of your life. When my husband recently needed a stress test done, I insisted that he see Dr. Luo. The stress test was done at her office location and found he had a blockage. After having a heart cath performed, he needed two stents and is doing extremely well. Thank you, Dr. Luo.

Called me to discuss test results and left phone message.The results ,pertained to the wrong patient.This follow up is without doubt inexcusable from Dr.Lan Luo.In addition,I had to find another MD,because after 4 months,she did nothing for treatment.Her only advice,take salt.Can you believe this ! Run while you can.
