Very smart and cares about whole child

Had an appointment scheduled for 10:40am for my daughter's sore throat. After a long wait, the doctor arrived at 1 o'clock and decided to perform a flu and Covid test. During the Covid test, the doctor was extremely rough, causing my daughter significant distress and nosebleeding that lasted for 30 minutes. The lack of communication and insensitivity during the procedure was concerning and made the visit highly unpleasant.

My child is no longer a patient of Dr. McCauley's due to her horrible bedside manners, her lack of caring and nasty treatment of my and my family as a whole. She is unprofessional and borderline psychotic. In the past, I have had the best of luck with All Children's doctors, but she just does not fit the high quality that I expect from All Children's Hospital and staff.
