Dr Kenneth Ott messes up my surgery and left pieces of disc fragment and one in particular was lodged underneath my nerve. Two days later Dr Altenau came and fixed it. He was amazing. I was in so much pain from that first surgery and he made it all go away.

16 years ago Dr. Alteneau operated on my lower back - L--3-4-5 and 5-S1 When he looked at my MRI he said, "I don't know how you walked in here - but don't worry - I can fix you perfectly - and he did - I still play tennis and golf - and more. My mom was referred to Dr. Lance Altenau. Even though he has a busy practice, his assistant, Vanessa, made an appointment for her. They were both extremely professional, took inti consideration her age, health and listened very we to her. His suggestions for course of treatment far exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend him to future patients. If you have the opportunity to speak with Vanessa, I'm sure you will be as thankful for her ad we were.

Dr Altenau is an expert surgeon and physician. He has performed 6 surgeries on my spine. He truly cares about his patients. I am grateful for the outcome of all the surgeries he has done for me. I got my life back. I owe everything to Dr. Altenau. Grant Affleck

My son suffered horrible spinal injuries with multiple crushed vertebrae and it was not clear he would ever be able to walk again. I'm happy to say you would never know he suffered any injuries unless you see the scar on his back. Dr. Altanaue is superb not only in surgery but also in his interactions with both patients and family. I reccomend him most highly!

In 1991 my 3 month old son was diagnosed with craniosynostosis, Dr. Altenau was caring an confident. He performed corrective surgery and immediately after the surgery came out pumped up and excited, he told us how strong a fighter our son was even to the point of fighting the anesthesia. Dr. Altenau is the Best of the Best! I had a large subdural hematoma that would have been fatal without Dr. Altenau and his prompt intervention.

Excelent surgun may need to slow down

Dr Altenau did my back surgery in 1993 when I was only 18 years old. I have not had any problems since and I owe it all to him. This is a great Dr that truly cares for his patients.
