The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I found Dr. Betson to be personable and has a GREAT sense of humor! He took his time asking and answering questions, and listening to my issues and concerns. It's rare to find a doctor that does not have his hand on the door knob. I'm lucky to have found him.

Dr. Betson is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. It's hard to find doctors that really care but he is a very blessed doctor

Dr. Betson ruined my life. If he would have been honest with me about a complication during my surgery. I would be ok today. Dr. Betson was not honest with me after the surgery telling me one thing but writing down a completely different thing in my file. I hope that anyone that reads this always asks for a copy of your report from your doctor. I would not be losing my home today and divorced. Honestly in any field is so important. I hope that Dr. Betson truly never treats another patient by sweeping them under the carpet. Although, Dr. Betson was found not guilty he knows he made a huge mistake. The forms you have to sign to be seen by a medical doctor make it very hard if not impossible to do anything if you are hurt by a doctor. Laws need to change and Thanks to Dr. Betson I have been made very aware of this.

I had surgery for a cystocele and rectocele and had some problems postop. Dr. Betson would have seen me once a day if I'd asked him to. He was always available, gentle and very caring.
