Dr. Lance Jeffrey Brownstein, MD

I was sorry to see him go. Dr Brownstein was “My” Doc for maybe 17-18 years while a State employee in NY. It’s been 6-7 years now and I still haven’t found a Doctor I’m confident and comfortable with.

My husband and I both started seeing Dr Brownstein in 2018. We both liked his bedside manner and his attention to detail. He was very thorough. We are sorry to see him leave.

Dr Brownstein is not only a most professional and knowledgeable Doctor he is also a most caring Doctor. He is everything a good Dr should be and I cannot speak too highly of him. He is always available to you and any information or advice he gives is always well founded.

Dr. Brownstein is a very capable doctor. Though, sometimes brusque. I tend to trust him. However, his staff leaves much to be desired. A message was left on my voicemail which was indistinguishable so I called back. I did not get a call back for 12 days after leaving many voicemails, no answers. I finally had to go to the office to get the information and even then I was not treated as I should have been. No one ever returns phone messages or picks up the phone. They are very unprofessional.

Listens and is interested in his patient's well being. Very personable and compassionate.

I absolutely love Dr. Brownstein. His personality, and bedside manner are great. I was in search of a new doctor in 2015, and came across a newspaper advertisement with his picture and bio attached. I have PKD, and am in stage 4 renal failure. Dr. Brownsteins bio stated that he had experience with renal diseases, so I scheduled a consultation, and he bacame our family physician. When you're sick, and not feeling well, it's a big deal when your doctor understands, and has compassion for your plight.

I needed medication that I had taken for over 10 years and he refused leaving me with a week to figure out what to do. I called his office 3 times and stopped in after no response. I am looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Brownstein is the best primary care physician I have ever met. He is a very talented and informed Dr. Dr. Brownstein knows when and who to send you to see when you need a specialist, and who is the best in their field. I admire and respect Dr. Brownstein more than any other doctor I have ever had. I wish him only the best.
