I have been coming to this office for sinus infections but, not using him as my primary physician. I finally decided to make Dr Lance as my primary physician and have been very pleased with his thoroughness and willingness to visit, listen and solve. Your time is his time and he does not rush to get you in and out. Definitely pleased and satisfied with him being my doctor.

When you call you get a real person to answer your call. The doctors are compassionate and take their time with your appointiment instead of running in and out!

I have seen both Dr. Lance and Dr. Cotton for years. They take their time and explain what they think is going on and how they think the treatment will help. So grateful for their care of me and my family!

Been a patient of Dr. Ferry office for over 12 years or so. His changes in some office staff I have found to be the most rude dishonest people I have met. I am referring to Lynda specifically is the rudest person I have met.

I would defiantly go back to Dr. Lance, and plan to take my entire family. The experience from walking in the door to paying was made a pleasant by the Dr. and his staff.

I have been a patient here for 16 years. Never had a problem getting in to see the doctor. Physicians explain issues in easy to understand terms.

I've read the reviews here and am amazed. Dr Lance Feray and Dr. Cotton Feray are two of the most genuine physicians I have known. They do have a very busy practice but i have found them kind and emotionally engaged in my care. I do not know of ANY physician that calls in meds without seeing the patient and have had my kids with me several times and its never been an issue. The staff has been there a long time. Refreshing as it does not occur in most offices. Never had the staff be rude ever.
