Dr. Lance A. Grammont, D.O.

I took my son in to get a cough checked he had for over a week that was getting worst. His peds office was booked solid recommended going into urgent care. Started off asking if it was ok if he could take his mask off because children tend to be more comfortable see the Dr talk and makes it less scary. We had a good experience and he was very polite to my son and myself.

Saw him for 2 different eye injuries in 2 weeks. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude.

Acted like I had the plague and stood leaning against counter. Gave me an antibiotic I have shown hives with in the past..said to give it another try....WHO does that? Didn't seem too compassionate, but could've been having an off day. Glad to at least get in to someone as lousy as I was feeling.

Horrible, horrible doctor. Belittling, rude, insulting, argumentative. Would recommend going to anyone else BUT him.

I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis which I am throwing up and having the dihearria every 2-3 times a day. Which I get dehydrated so I go into the walk in clinic for IV's. Dr. Grammont walks in barely says anything asks why I am there. I told him, he tells I don't look dehydrated, so what do you want me to do for you why are you here. I told him my PCP told me if I am throwing up or having the dihearria more than normal to go in and get IV'S. Dr. asked what was my Dr's name was. Then asks why can't you keep any of your food down. I told him again I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis my stomach is only working at 15%. At that point I was just about to walk out and go to the ER. He has HORRIBLE patient approach and respect.

My 12 year old went in for an infected ingrown toenail and he took care of it completely. Very n8ce and professional. Thank you

I actually wouldn't give him a single star. I went to see him in urgent care with a rash on my arm that had been diagnosed a week earlier by my PCP as Eczema. After a week of Steroid cream prescribed, my rash was much worse and at my Psychiatrist appointment I was told I should see my PCP again because it may be an allergic reaction to meds, but it really looks like Staph infection that will only be made worse with the Steroid cream. My PCP told me to go to Urgent Care where Dr. Grammont informed me that he didn't want to hear my story. He then insulted my Psychiatrist and diagnosed me with Psychogenic Pruritis (Imaginary itching.) He then prescribed me an antianxiety medicine. It was a horrible experience.

My husband was at urgent care. Treated with suspicion as lots of other mention against him. Yes he’s been on pain meds for months due to 3! Fractures and osteoporosis. RUDE.RUDE. RUDE. He was there for a cough for over 3 weeks. Doesn’t hear anything but sends him on his way with a prescription for antibiotics! Not sure if hes more than an urgent care doc but steer clear!

Had a cough for over a week and was aching all over. Said it will take one to three weeks. Never see him again.Very rude. No bed side manners.

Overall a terrible visit at an urgent care, left in tears. He didn't explain lab results and laughed at and questioned diagnoses by actual MDs. It was as though I and all my Drs were stupid but he was a genius. I wouldn't take a cough drop if this guy recommended it.
