he and his staff went way out of their way to help my wife, they were caring, considerate and very professional, even going out their way to make an appointment w/ a specialist at shands medical center in Jacksonville. they are the very beat in our area

I had trouble with TMJ for well over a year and I finally found a doctor that knew how to treat me. He is a excellent doctor.

Dr. Grenevicki himself seems kind and knowledgeable, which is such a shame because the main woman in the front office is nasty and does not represent this office well at all. Not sure who is responsible for this, but they didn't even bother to bill my insurance before billing me directly. I had to call numerous times to get the billing figured out before the woman on the phone admitted that they didn't even try working with the insurance before sending a hefty bill and warnings to pay up. Unrelated to the very unkind employees at the front desk, I found out after a dentist X-ray during cleaning that Dr. Grenevicki or whoever was responsible during the removal of my wisdom teeth that THERE IS STILL HALF OF A WISDOM TOOTH LEFT IN MY GUMS THAT IS NOW PORTUDING. It would have been one thing to leave the root of a tooth I PAID TO HAVE REMOVED for a logical reason, but they didn't even have the COURTESY or INTEGRITY to inform me or the person who brought me that they left it in for one… reason or another. I really do not recommend this office. I went in expecting a great experience and left with a very strong, negative opinion and now stuck with another issue being a tooth that wasn't even removed completely.

The Dr was very nice and seemed like he was very competent. His office staff is less impressive. I called the office to advise I believe I had a dry socket. She told me I was wrong and to just keep taking the pain medicine. I waited a 3 more days and called for the same reason. She asked me to come in and advised me that I did in fact have a dry socket. I had to suffer for 4 extra days and take countless pain pills which I do not like to do because she did not listen to what I was telling her on the phone. I understand people complain when there is a little pain but I know my body and I know when there is an issue. On the other side of the office there are more issues. They did not submit my claims to the insurance company making the decision that my X-Rays would not be covered. I insisted for it to be submitted. They were covered and a check was issued to the office. I called 2 1/2 months later asking about my refund for this and was advised they were still waiting on… care credit to send them their money before they could refund it. I waited another month and a half and called care credit who advised the payment was sent to them the same week as the procedure. When I called the office AGAIN for a refund she advised it will still take almost a week to process it. I have never dealt with a medical office where I had to beg and plead for a refund that the insurance company issued to them. I would not recommend this office due to the current staff. If the Dr was to hire a new staff, I might consider it as I though he was good. Unfortunately a Dr is only as good as his staff. Find another Dr in my opinion!!!

We are so blessed to have Dr. Grenevicki in our area. He is a brilliant, caring, knowledgeable doctor. You cannot find anyone any better anywhere in the world.

Lance Grenevicki was the nicest oral surgeon, I really wish he didn't have such a nasty staff. Taking my business elsewhere. The Asian lady up front is very rude. They didn't teach her customer service when she learned English. I am very very upset.

I found Dr. Grenevicki to be a kind and caring doctor who made me feel relaxed, and I am always nerveous normally. He is someone I would highly recommend!

Dr Grenevicki was extremely accurate in diagnosing my problem. He was gently, kind and a very bright experienced medical doctor. I saw his credentials and they were outstanding. I would refer anyone to him. His rates were the lowest I checked on. He was wonderful.
