Dr Lance is the absolute best. Always going above and beyond. Contacts you for your concerns after hours. Would recommend 100%.

Dr. Higbee and several of his staff cannot be trusted. I had my glasses with a lab they choose and 3 weeks later , still no glasses!! They lied to me several times about the status of making my new lenses and the truth is they were never started on and sat in Montana at the Lab . The new lab I took my glasses and advised me the lenses were never re Moved from the frames ! Amy the office manager is a liar and a low life pee on that just makes up stories and hangs up on a customer with a very valid complaint. Doctor Higbee didn’t even have the courtesy to call me regarding this screwup . Do yourself a favor and find a different office to give you business to . Very unethical practice and I will be sure to let Everyone that I know through social media how bad this office is !!!
