My results were not that great

Dr. Kiss is very rude and sarcastic, I overheard him speaking in an unprofessional manner to another patient, he also curses about his patients and I have experienced this.

There was a time he was the only orthodontist taking our dental plan, so I didn't bother checking his rating, or I would have known, from many other sites, he was a person to avoid. I have to tell the truth. I am very sorry to have taken family members to this unprofessional man. From the cold, rude staff, to the bizarre rules: we had to sign a waiver that seemed more like a shady record deal, with dozens of injunctions to not sue him; to the fact that parents were not allowed in the treatment rooms, even when there was nothing more than a quick adjustment. (Which was never quick, as the wait time was usually 20 minutes, sometimes much longer.) Let me say, I never once saw a child smile coming out the door, but I often saw children cry, mine included, not because of the soreness of the adjustment, but because of the bullying of the doctor and staff. For instance, while we lived close enough to the practice that my kids didn't have time to swallow their own spit before arriving… home--seriously, we lived under a mile from the office---they were accused time and again of eating candy or chewing gum (as the reason for a broken wire), and the doctor and assistants would not stop badgering them until our kids said they had chewed gum or eaten candy. Which they had NOT. Didn't the Geneva Convention cover this, lol? The assistants would complain about each other, their love lives, and the front office often could be overheard complaining loudly about the upset parents of the patients. The office was so ridiculously overbooked, there was an inner waiting room that was like the next level of Purgatory, and it was open to the treatment rooms, so we parents got an earful of the nonsense going on. Now. Dr. Kiss...what makes him so ill-suited to dealing with the public? He often took even innocent questions or information as a personal attack, and would puff up like a red-faced baby, roll his eyes, wander through the office with his hand on his chest, calling out, as though there had been an attack on his existence. He told my children he might have to break their jaws to make their smile right. He would ask them questions that should have been directed to adults. Just bizarre. When we moved, the next orthodontist's office seemed like a holiday. Parents were welcomed to sit with their kids during even lengthy procedures, appointments were hassle-free, the staff was delightful. Unfortunately, braces had to be removed, reglued, and rewired in order to bring about results we hoped for. It doesn't have to be bad, people, it shouldn't be. So. If the many highly satisfied customers of the October 2017 reviews here indicate anything beyond fake third party reviews, perhaps Dr. Kiss has had some sort of intervention and is now just as professional as one would expect. If so, I applaud him. Barring that, I say, use extreme caution.

Thank you for a warm loving experience. Dr Kiss and all of his staff have been very understanding, warm, and loving. We always felt apart of treatment and always were informed.

Staff was very nice and the braces fixed my teeth.

My teeth we're all crooked and they took me in and provided me with excellent care. The results we're great! I am very happy with how they turned out.

i have enjoyed my time spending with kiss orthodontics and i'm happy to have my teeth finally straight and beautiful. i want to thank everyone there for helping me and caring for my teeth.
