Dr. Lance David Reynolds, MD

Very rude and not compassionate at all

I have found Dr. Lance Reynolds to be both professional and compassionate during the 10 years that I have known him as a physician. His office is very busy and so even though he is my PCP I often see a nurse practitioner or a physician's assistant for regular visits. I understand this is the case now in may PCP offices because there just aren't enough of them. that is the only reason I did not give a 5/5. If it is necessary to see Dr. Reynolds, the office makes it happen. I also know that he reviews what the others do for me. I find him to be willing to refer me to specialists if he needs to. He listens to me and is responsive. I was shocked to read another review citing rudeness on his part because I have never seen him be rude to anyone and I work in a hospital where he does rounds often.

Dr. Lance is the kindest most considerate doctor I have been a patient of. He is very well versed in medical issues. He is a very hard worker.

Dr Lance Reynolds was rude and insensitive when discussing a very sensitive subject concerning my Mother. He seemed extremely arrogant and acted very casual about 'how hard it must be'. Cannot wait to get my mom switched to a different practice.
