He explained the procedure, listened when I asked questions, and told me the results of my procedure in non-medical language. I appreciated his demeanor and kindness.

SWE staff were friendly and efficient. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing every step of they way. The recovery was quick. Dr. Taylor met to brief me on how the procedure went and when I was to return again for my next procedure. This was the first time Dr. Taylor was my Attending Physician. He's very friendly and genuinely concerned about how I was doing post the procedure. I've never had the Attending Physician walk me out and make sure I got in my car safely but he did. I was very impressed. I want to say too that their appointment process is better than Presbyterian Hospital. SWE contacted me early enough to make my appointment so that my colonoscopy was done on time. My wife recently had her colonoscopy done at Presbyterian but her appointment was made almost a year before her procedure. They waited until she was due before they contacted her so her colonoscopy was almost a year beyond when she should have had it. I'm very impressed with Southwest… Endoscopy and highly recommend them.

Dr. Taylor is an outstanding physician and with excellent interpersonal skills and technical skills. He goes out of his way to help patients and has an excellent care team. We are very lucky to have Dr. Taylor in Albuquerque
