Dr. Lance E Woodard

Dr. Woodard ignored my concerns and proceeded with what he felt was important, not taking the time to listen and discuss my issues. He turned me over to office technicians. The office is more concerned about finances than patient care to the point they came to the chair side while my mouth was numb and asked for more money during treatment time. I found that truly appalling and was proof to me they were only in it for the money. I had already given them in excess of $5,000 cash and they wanted another $1200. I should have stopped treatment then and got up and walked out but I made the wrong choice and stayed in the chair after giving them the additional money. At a later visit I told the office and the doctor that I was not satisfied with my bridge and nothing was done and showed them where my lip hung up on the top of it, my smile no longer looked the same and there are large gaps around the bridge. I had left phone messages previously. I am totally dissatisfied with the care… I received at Dr. Woodard's office. I believe I received substandard care and the bridge that was placed in my mouth is ill fitting and substandard.
