I like Dr Landion Polakoff very much!

Something is not right with my knee 4 months post knee replacement surgery and the surgeon is not open to looking deeper into my concerns as to what the issue might be. He is convinced that based on the x-ray my implant is as it should be though he himself did indicate that a 1-2 mm movement would not show up on the x-ray. I am not convinced that the issues I am having are standard or routine and he himself has said that no one else has described similar issues yet his only recommendation is to wait up to a year to see if it gets better and that solution is not acceptable to me. I need a second opinion or more expert care. I am a 70-year old obese, pre-diabetic woman and he should not have used cementless knee replacement procedure when cemented procedure is the norm that has enjoyed decades of success. I need some intervention in my care here.
