We heard that our provider left the Swedish Hospital. She was one of the best in Primary Care.We will miss her.

Dr. Ertugay has provided me excellent medical care. She knows my issues and we discuss them regularly, but mostly over My Chart, which I prefer. However, if an office visit is necessary, it is easily arranged. I am very sorry to see her leave Swedish. She is an exceptional physician and may be difficult to replace.

I'm very sad that Dr. Ertugay is leaving Swedish. She is a most excellent provider, and it is a terrible loss for Swedish and her patients. I will maintain contact with her and seek her out in her new practice to reestablish care with Dr. Lane Ertugay. I am 75 years old, and she has been my doctor since she arrived at Swedish 12 years ago. Having had the best care ever from a physician, at my age I'm going to stick with her.

Dr. Ertugay has been a marvelous doctor. I trust her and believe she genuinely cares about me personally. She takes the time to create a relationship. She's one of the best doctors I've ever had, always willing to listen to my questions and provide clear answers. She makes me feel a part of my own "health team," and not merely patient #14 that she needs to see that day.
