Lane loves Novant Health's emphasis on being remarkable. Her goal is to not only be a remarkable listener, but to also be a knowledgeable provider. She has a particular interest in learning how to help kids with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Medicine may have been her second career, but it was always her first career choice. After years in marketing and advertising, she applied to medical school. In fact, she found studying the human body was one of the most amazing experiences she has ever had. She still gets excited about the wonders of medicine. Outside the office, Lane enjoys spending time with her two daughters and two grandkids, exercising, biking, reading, playing with her pets and doing anything related to the beach
