Dr. Laney Miller Smith

My family and I have visited dental offices all round and never found one that the entire family enjoys until now. We love our hygienist Katylnn so much and Dr Smith and Dr Johnson are the BEST. Would recommend everyone to them.

Spent less than 30 minutes in this office for a cleaning from the time I entered until I was out the door.

On Thursday of this week at lunch one of my teeth broke in half. I called Dr. Laney Smith's office but a voicemail came on with 3 options: one for appointments, one for practice manager or financial issues, one for if you were calling after hours. I left a message with the appointment line. After some time I decided to call back because I knew they were not open on Fridays. I left a message with the practice manager explaining why I was calling. It is now Friday and I have YET to receive a call back. I have tried to call there before and can NEVER actually speak with a person. What if I had a child that had broken a tooth on the playground and needed help? Thankfully, I am not, but what if I was in severe pain . . . I would have to go through the weekend like this. And then who knows when I will get a call back and actually get in to have this fixed? I am furious at the lack of good customer service and patient care!! I have found another dentist and will be going there to have my… tooth repaired and become a regular patient.
