Doctor is very caring and knowledgeable. Appears to be well liked by staff. She is broad minded and willing to work with you. Has a huge patient load. I highly recommend her and do not agree with negative reviews.

cold demeanor,robotic like,obviously she has never used the meds she perscribes.

Dr. Quinones is incompetant to practice any form of medicne. She hides behind the protection of the VA to cover her mistakes. She is vindictive and judgemental and usually wrong.
