Dr. Lanway Hillary Ling, MD

Just paid $55.00 to get a referral letter filled out. Saw Dr Ling for 30 seconds! Would be different if he actually did an exam or something other than stare at a chart!

Has a "Nurse Ratchet" working for him and he doesn't want to see it.

Outstanding physician and staff. Would give higher marks across the board if available. Can't praise the office enough.

Very pleased with ease of making an appointment and how soon I could be seen as a new patient. Dr. Ling is easy-going and put me very much at ease. Very reasonable in his approach to things. Office and nursing staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice experience.

Had a nice visit with my new doctor, Dr. Ling. Once I got the new patient paperwork done, I waited a few minutes with a nice cup of fresh brewed coffee - better than the Starbucks I had the day before! Staff was nice and friendly. Despite the packed waiting room, went back reasonably quickly. Dr. Ling spent time getting to know my medical conditions as well as a few other things about my life. After the exam we sat and talked about what he was thinking about doing. He listened to me and was nice enough to not complain too much when I told him I didn't want to do what he thought we should. All in all, a nice visit with a nice doctor.

It is important to make sure a patient has a bacterial infection before you prescribe an antibiotic. Taking an antibiotic when not needed can cause bacterial resistant strains of bacteria. Dr. Ling did no tests just said if you don't feel better in a couple of days fill this prescription. What about a common cold? that takes 5 days or more to get over and it is a virus...you don't take an antibiotic for that.

Excellent physician but seems not to give me the information on my conditions and the reasons for prescribed drugs. Exam is usually very superficial. No indepth questions.

My old physician stopped taking my insurance so I needed a new one. Looked around and decided on Dr. Ling. Didn't have to wait too long for an appointment, which was nice. When I arrived, the waiting room was nearly filled to capacity - thankfully, everything went rather efficiently and I saw him without much of a wait. Seemed like a nice, knowledgable guy and was very friendly and helpful. Appreciate the great service!

I have found a doctor of remarkable quality. I recomend him highly!

Came into a packed waiting room, but was brought back and seen even before my appointment time. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Ling figured out pretty quickly what was going on with me. Hopefully I won't have to go back too soon, but if I do, I won't really mind.
