Dr. Moved location to Mesquite, TX. New staff at front desk very unprofessional and nothing like previous office personal. Considering moving to another Dr. just because of the staff. Dr. is awesome but I question some of the charges to often.

Dr. Shepherd is great! She took time asking questions & listening to answers. Afterwards she advised treatment options. Seems simple but the amount of time and the care that she took was amazing.

Overall, Dr. Shepherd was the best. She was very caring, a great listener and her patients were her first concern. We love the time she spends with her patients.

The best Physician I have ever had! Dr. Shepherd diagnosed my complaints and referred me to the right Specialist. I am forever grateful for her competency as a knowledgeable and caring Physician.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shepherd ! I was so impressed! My visit with her was informative and easy to understand. She didn't rush or hurry through our visit. She was clear with her instructions and considerate of my feelings when given some information that would have been other wise difficult to hear. Her staff was wonderful and quite helpful. I have recommended Dr. Shepherd to all my friends and family. Some have all ready made appointments ! She's a KEEPER!

I was very pleased with meeting Dr. Shepherd on my very first visit. I had several questions, concerns and comments and Dr. Shepherd was very willing and quite patient with me. I feel her manner is quite a refreshing quality in a Dr. She answered all my questions offered details and insight to all my concerns without once making me feel she was in a hurry. I have recommend her to a few of my associates who are currently searching for a MD.
