Dr. Lara Devgan is the best. She was understanding and had empathy for my oh so personal problems. She took care of the problem with a procedure under local anesthetic. Calm and efficient Ann caring. I highly recommend her

She is a little bit of a control freak (spent a lot of time marking and adjusting marks and measuring symmetry), but for this type of work, that’s kind of what you want. I’ve had another surgical experience where everything was rushed and free-form, so I appreciated the extra measures. They show up in the final result. I will say that she is not for everybody. I have a girlfriend who likes enormous lips and she always feels like Dr. Laura is too subtle for her. But for someone who wants a natural look she is hands down the best.

I needed a blepharoplasty. Dr. Devgan has been the best Plastic surgeon and I am beyond happy with the amazing results. I am almost 45 years old and wanted a fresh rested look. My eyes look bright and there are no visible scars. I had both upper and lower eyelids done. I am 2 months after the surgery and everything has settled down and I look amazing, at least that's what my close friends, family, and my husband say. I think so too! I highly recommend Dr. Lara, she's the best. I totally trust her.

She is not for everybody, not for the price shoppers, not for the quick fix of botox-and-go. But she has excellent hands and does beautiful work for those who want a long-term, subtle, elegant outcome in the operating room or procedure room. One of the very top plastic surgeons in her field. I first met Dr. Devagan because I wanted to have a lip lift surgery and she suggested I start with lip filler, which was gorgeous and improved the height of my lip without the operation. I sent my mom to her for lower facelift/ necklift, and lower eyelid surgery and she looks like a million bucks. Seeing my mom finally feeling confident and beautiful after my father's death has been priceless. SUCH NATURAL, SUBTLE, DELICATE results!! Love her!
