Dr. Larisa Zeltser, DO

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Zeltser. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about my concerns. Dr. Zeltser took the time to listen carefully, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt comfortable asking questions. Their expertise and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. The staff was also friendly and efficient, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Zeltser to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.

Went to Urgent Care with my wife, I had pneumonia a week earlier and was coughing blood every morning and my wife have just developed the exact same symptoms (Painful Cough and High Fever). This so called doctor refused to give us antibiotics, dismissing all of our concerns and my background history regarding the pneumonia, Saying that I cannot hear anything with my Stethoscope!!! This doctor did not prescribe anything for us and asked us to take over the counter medications and later on charged us $900 for the completely useless visit we made to the Hoag Urgent Care. We had to suffer several more days from Fever and Painful coughs and turned out all we needed was antibiotics which we got the following week from our family doctor. Overall a terrible dismissive doctor.
