Dr. Larissa M Dimitrov, MD

I had Dr. Dimitrov visit, during recovery from major surgery at St. Vincent, as a general hospitalist. She came twice, and spent a total of less then 10 minutes in my room. In the first visit - she prematurely decided I should be discharged (less then an hour after the surgery team said I needed 1-2 more days, and having done NO real medical service). The following staff confusion took 3 hours to unravel. In the second visit - she laughed at me when asking about the first day, and again did NO medical examination or questioning. The total charge for this disaster was over $300. She is either unable, or unwilling, to properly perform this role in the hospital.

dr. Dimitrov may have a graet deal of diagnostic skills however her bed side manner and interpersonal skills leave alot to be desired. If you like one word answers and a dismissive personality... She may be the one for you.
