Doctor is okay but office staff is terrible. Rude and incompetent. Mismanaging medications and delaying treatment.

Felt like I was treated like a chronic complainer when trying to explain myself, symptoms. She is very limited with poor social skills- constant interruptions with poor attention skills requiring me to repeat answers to the same questions. Was mentally painful and draining single visit. Don’t waste your time.

Negative review, don’t waste your time. Doesn’t seem to care, tells you what you what she thinks that you want to hear and is 2 faced.

Dr. Sachs greeted me with a big smile and a handshake. She listened to me and problem solved with me to find the best medications to fit both my medical and lifestyle needs. I have never had such a warm experience at a doctor's office before. She is definitely one of the best!

I have no problems with Dr Sachs. She is wonderful and knows her stuff! It's her office staff that is a problem. They do not always return calls, if they do I have waited days before being called back, test slips for blood work the past 6 months have not been filled out correctly and that has delayed my results and caused problems getting the tests. Because of these problems, the doctor gets frustrated because she can't keep up with my treatment without the test results. Her office staff needs some help but as a professional, Dr Sachs is wonderful.

Dr. Sachs diagnosed my condition when other 2 doctors could not. Now I feel much better then before I came to see her.

Overall experience was horrible! She did nothing for me but make me feel lower than low. She did not listen to what to what I said. She did not really even do an exam on me. The biggest part of my time in the office was the doctor and her intern asking me if if was going to go home and commit suicide. All I wanted to do was leave and they had me trapped in that room.
