Dr. Laroy Edwin Williams, MD

Had an appt with dr Williams which I waited over an hour and a half for only to have him come in the room and give me some pills and leave. He was rude and unprofessional, there for less than 5 minutes, no exam no tests no nothing. He did not address my concern in fact he acted as though I was wasting his time. I had been here before in 2010 and I should have followed my gut, I will not be going back nor will ever refer someone to see him.

I took my 14 year old daughter to Dr Williams in McCook. He was so indifferent! At first, I thought he was tired, because he kept rubbing his face and sighing; but there is no excuse for his behavior. He suggested that my daughter's burning upon urinating was caused by stress at school and then laughed and mocked her explaination. He did not order any testing except an ultrasound to check if her bladder was retaining urine (negative). At his exit, he flippantly said come back in 6 weeks. We left without a plan. He was terrible, perhaps this is why it was so easy to get an appointment with him.

I have been to this doctor twice . I didn't feel like he spent enough time trying to figure out the problem the first time. He just gave me an antibiotic and told me to come back in 6 months. When I went back in 6 months, he didn't spend more than 5 minutes with me or explain what he was going to do next. Just told me to come back in 4 months and left the room. I don't plan to go back.
