ease to get in, great doctors, great parking, very happy with all these doctors

I had to rush out during my lunch hour at work to see a doctor. This clinic is clean, staff helpful, Dr Brandis has a great bedside manner and was very helpful with my condition. He called me with lab results which was great! Really happy with my experience with Citizens Medical Group and Dr Brandis

I used to live in LA for five years and didn't have insurance during the period and was recommended to go there. The first time I went I was treated by a kind doctor, whom I do not recall the name of. This experience, along with the fact that the desk staff were all very kind and helpful, led me to go back there the next visit. However, DR. LARRY BRANDIS treated me the next time and wow, talk about a guy that hates his job. Not only did he make me feel like he wanted to get me out of there as fast as he can, when I asked him to clarify something he'd said, he berated me for asking him as though I was trying to offend him. I thought I would get different physician the next time so I took a chance when I was ill and went in there again. I got Dr. Brandis again and I received the same exact treatment from the second he came into the room. He doesn't like people nor his job. I thought maybe there was a chance that other doctors could be there and/or that he just didn't like me or… something, and therefore I had referred a sick friend to go there and she unfortunately got Dr. Brandis and she experienced the same exact treatment. She said he made her feel like it was insulting to be in his office with a problem. I had to apologize to her for the idea of going there. I mean, we're sick, we're paying out of pocket with our hard-earned money because we can't afford health insurance and this guy has the nerve to treat people who are in need of his help the way he does? I've never ever ever met a doctor that treated his patients this way. I was reminded of my experiences there recently and it upset me that I never did anything about his treatment of patients while I still lived there so I'm writing this review now. I wish I had said or done something during my visits back then but I was the one in need of his help so I was too busy trying to be as polite as possible to try to get him to soften up and help me. But no avail. DO NOT go into that office because you just might get DR. LARRY BRANDIS. He shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine. I hope this helps people. And although I very much doubt a person like Dr. Brandis would even care what others thought of him, I hope that if he reads this review he may try to rethink his attitude and responsibilities about the profession he has chosen to be in. Specific reviews about Dr. Brandis in other websites pretty much are consistent with my own. I just don't know how you can keep a guy like him on your staff anywhere.

Supposedly, this is my Primary care Physician, but he's never available, so I always get stuck with one of the other physicians at this office. I never get the same one twice, and so I've never been able to develop a good rapport with my doctor... horrible! How am I supposed to get an accurate diagnosis when I can't even see my physician? I think Dr. Brandis needs to retire if he can't see patients any more.
