Dr. Larry Newton Byrd, MD

He was very thorough asked many questions. It’s hard when the room is hot and you have a child screaming but that’s not his fault. He took time to explain and speak to me about every issue I brought up.

I have a big question mark. He was my children doctor. He exit out with no explanation. Staff just said he knows longer works they.

After waiting for 45min+ (every visit) ..He is always very loud, inattentive, and comes off very pushy. I can barely get 3 words in before he is interrupting me and telling me what I should be thinking or feeling about my kids condition, rather than listening to what is going on. My child never gets to speak up, and has no connection with the doctor. It shouldn't be like this. He should stop a second..get to know the patient, and listen before yelling at us on his thoughts.

Dr. Byrd always checked my children thoroughly. We never minded waiting for him because we knew that he would spend as much time as he needed with us. We would follow him to any practice that he practiced. Both of our children had medical situations that required frequent visits.
