I thought Dr Cook was great.and his staff was wonderful.would not consider going anywhere else took my grandchildren and they loved the whole staff so thankful to have this office in our community I have told everyone that would listen, about my visit all I can say thank you.

I'm a 63 year old Real Estate professional that has had a phobia with dentists since I was a child. I was calling every dental office in northwestern North Carolina looking for a dentist that could do what I needed done. A receptionist at a Boone office told me that if anyone could do what I needed, it would be Dr. Cook in Mountain City TN. I drove over an hour to get there and I'm so glad I did. His office staff is unbelievable! Leslie, his dental assistant, made me feel so comfortable with everything. Dr. Cook not only did what needed to be done, but went beyond my request with extra procedures which insured that I would be set for awhile! I love this guy. I will visit him for everything that I needs done and encourage all of my friends and family to consider seeing Dr. Cook. I hope this is helpful to anyone in search of or in need of a real talented dentist. What a great human being!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cook for many years. When I found out he let NC. I almost flipped out until I found that he moved to TN. It is a little further than I want to go but for his service and the staff I will be making an appt. soon.

Dr. Cook and his staff are some of the most caring people that I have ever met. My husband has Parkinson's and many days it is hard for him to get around. Everyone does everything that they possibly can to help him. They even helped me to get him out to our car after his appointment. All of this and excellent dental care too, we couldn't ask for more.
