Dr. Larry Henry Couture, MD

Dr Larry Couture is a nice individual but the front office staff are unprofessional and insensitive to patients, especially during this COVID-19 out break. I requested a medication refill and the front office told me since it has been a years since the Dr. has seen me, the front staff told me that they want me to go into the office because it has been a year since the Dr has seen me potentially expose me to this deadly virus outbreak. I requested to have the doctor to call me but they refused to pass on the request. I requested for a 30 day refill until the COVID-19 has passed, the staff said no, that I need to come in. I am not sure if Dr. Larry Couture is aware or is approving this action potentially exposing patients. this is not cool and I am looking for a new Dr.

Front office will not give the Dr's a message, was told they don't take calls, when ask if I can be seen on an emergency bases was told NO.make an appointment like everyone else. SO SAD

The docs are very concerned they are very thorough diagnosis' have always been correct they have no problems sending you to a specialist if they fell it is necessary The authorizations needed are always done done in a timely manner and when it's your turn they spend time with you and make sure they have heard and understood all of your complaints therefore I do not mind a 35 to 40 minute wait. it is worth it

I really like Dr. Larry Couture and I make my appointment with him and when I get there I see his son, Shawn. The office is lacking big time, waiting for results for weeks in unacceptable. I have called several times, giving the run around....I am about done!

Amazing group of Doctors!!

Hopefully, I will be blessed to have him as my doctor, once again. During the time he was my foctor, he was beyond any expectations i had for a personal physician. He was incredibly friendly and sincere, as well as, thorough and knowledgable. Previously, i had never felt completely comfortable with most(90%) of doctors. Then I met Dr. Larry Couture, the best doctor I have ever encountered!!!! His patients would, certainly, agree. He, obviously, loves what he does, and is very good at it. Very personal and personable, caring, kind, concerrned, and committed to his patients. His personal style is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before, or since, having him as my primary physician. If you don't have him as your personal doctor, you are missing a wonderful experience. Kudos and respect.

His front office personnel are rude and obviously don't give a hoot about the patient... they could care less. Doesn't matter if the doctor is good if you can't get in to see him. NO FOLLOW-UP or follow through. Even when hospitalized they don't want to see you after discharge...the front office staff said it 'wasn't necessary'!.... when in fact it really was.

Dr.Larry was my physician for the last 15 years, and I've loved him ever since. He genuinely cares about me and asks personal questions to see how my life is going as well as what I'm there for. Jason is great too and I love that it's a family practice and his sons and daughter are all involved. I love the staff and have never had a problem with them. Unfortunately, my insurance changed and his office no longer accepts it, but I highly recommend him any day. You won't find a better practice and caring staff.

I met Dr Larry about 16 yrs ago because I could not see my pcp and switched to his private practice the following month . He is the best , most personable & caring physician I have ever seen .

It's very difficult to get appointments. He does not follow up. My comprehensive exam I was not examined. He would no longer see me and assigned me a PA that didnt know what she is doing. My new primary's comprehensive exam revealed that I am pre-diabetic and some other things. She is on top of everything and wants to be involved with every specialist i see. Because she is my primary and wants to be.
