Worst dentist staff ever. Unprofessional and uninformative. I was completely taken back by the brash nature of the dental assistant. She wasn't gentle or very pleasant to talk to. The actual dentist should've retired 20 years ago, he's ancient with very shaky hands. The equipment they are using is old and the xray quality was garbage. I am concerned about the cleanliness, my bite wings were set on a dirty looking table before being shoved into my mouthing! I was confused as to what exactly they were doing for the appointment and wasn't even told ANYTHING. The assistant sort of cleaned my teeth, half heartedly. Then at the end of this joke of an appointment she applied something VERY heavily to my teeth and gums, even my lips, it was waxy feeling, white in color and I swallowed a bunch. I just assumed it was a polish. As soon as I stood up I felt nauseated, it was very strange. My head was floating and my stomach churning. I got to the car and my husband drove home. Halfway there I… almost threw up, worst nausea of my life! In the car I rinsed whatever the white stuff was out of my mouth and spit it out into a water bottle. I got home after our 12 minute drive and immediately threw up several times. My head felt like it was pounding, I started feeling floaty and my heart was beating strongly. I still had no idea what was going on, and then my husband asked if it could be a Fluoride type of treatment. Ding ding! That's what it was! I'm allergic to it or highly sensitive to it. I wasn't even informed of what was going on me or what to do once home, she said NOTHING. The dentist nor the assistant informed me about the treatment. My husband called after my first throwing up episode to ask what they put in my mouth, she told him and he said I was very ill but she really didn't seem to care or ask if I was ok. He told her to put a note that I wouldn't ever want that again. I was sick all night, throwing up and nausea, heart palpitations and my stomach hurt bad. I almost went to the ER but did not. I found out that both my son's had that treatment the day previous at their appointments. If I'd known I'd have declined. Fluoride is poison in large amounts and that woman was doling it out like frosting on a cake! My boys both felt sick yesterday and today, me too. Noone told my husband what they had done either, so they likely swallowed a bunch of that treatment too. I then went on here and read bad reviews about painful experiences. That did it, I said nope we're done! My husband called and left a message at 2 am to cancel all future appointments for our family. We got 2 calls call from the office next day, she left a voice mail asking why we were canceling the appointments and the next was asking about how we were feeling. She did ask if we were ok but there wasn't a genuine concern. I'm very worried about this and our health. I wouldn't recommend this office for anything.

First time patient and left the office knowing I was taken Care of a team that cared and a team that made my experience of getting a bad tooth pulled as comfortable and pain free as possible. Woke up pain free the next morning. Thank you Dr Feldt. And Paula for caring
