Really insensitive/rude and disrespectful. Didn’t feel comfortable in his presence.

This man delivered my 2nd daughter 18 years ago. It’s literally taken me this long to voice my opinion of this I felt that morning. I remember getting to the hospital pretty well dilated. There wasn’t time for any meds and I was told I would have to deliver my daughter naturally. This man was not my regular doctor, but rather the doctor on duty. I felt uncomfortable with this man delivering my child. Giving birth naturally is difficult and uncomfortable to say the least. I was in pain and yelled out 1 time and was told to be quite by this man. He literally told me to be quite while giving birth naturally. And, I wasn’t even loud...The way this man made me feel has stuck with me for 18 years. I finally looked at my daughters birth certificate to see if I could locate his name, and I did...I would like to tell him personally how he made me feel. On such a beautiful occasion, I was made to feel like I was not good enough—that I was giving birth wrong. He was cold and uncaring. And the way… he made me feel that day will never be forgotten.

How Embarrassing!!! Who does "Female Urology"? When you see your Gynecologist, it is so hard to talk about squirting when you laugh, but...Dr Francis actually makes it part of your exam. He does it in such a matter of fact way - you are not uncomfortable. He is one in a million!!

Dr Francis was my OB/GYN for over 16 years. I must say that he is the most thorough physician I have ever had in my 54 years. Even though he cannot be my doctor any longer because of insurance, Every OB/GYN i have seen for the past 6 years has had my pap come out NORMAL even though they have been told that I have had abnormal results for about the prior 5 years when I was seeing Dr Francis. Go figure. I know they do not do my pap the same way. Dr Francis LOOKS and them takes a sample of any suspicious areas. He is AWESOME.
