Doesn't seem to care! Unresponsive!

Unresponsive to patient and family. Doesn't care about patient needs or concerns. No bedside manner. "Can't be bothered. I'm too busy." .

Dr. Frankini is the best I had my surgery two years ago.

Was very unhappy about the Varicois veins surgery dr. Frankini performer few months ago.

Dr, Frankini is a ver good doctor. He takes very good of my relative. He always make himself available to her.

Dr. Frankini put me on coumadin due to a DVT and said I needed to test my blood weekly.He was the one who ordered it so he was the one to monitor it. When my health situation changed I called the office to speak with him and no one got back to me. After talking to the front desk on three separate occasions over 3 days I had to call my primary care physician to get in touch with him. His office staff had told him I did not want to come in. On another occasion I asked the nurse after the scan how bad was it and she told me to "get down on my hands and knees and pray because that was all I had left." At that point I went for another opinion. I was told I had not one but THREE DVTs. I changed practices without notify Dr. Frankini. It took eight months before they realized I was gone. They called because the insurance company wanted to know what happened to me!So much for relying on this doctor to help you! He never realized I was gone.

this doctor has excellent bedside manner, he explains medical condition clearly and is a caring, charismatic physician.
