I was terrified of going to the dentist. Dr Frugoli was patient with me and explained everything. I still have anxiety when going to the dentist but I feel very comfortable and trust Dr. Frugoli. I would highly recommend him.

I am unsure of the negative reviews and looks like the same person did multiple negative reviews. Dr. Frugoli is the best dentist in Reno. I have know Dr. Frugoli since 1993 and the work he has done since then has lasted all these years. Both me and my husband will be going to him again. The doctor was very thorough and did an excellent job explaining our treatment plan to us. The office staff was very friendly and attentive to us! Dr. Frugoli does good quality dental work that lasts for many years. In fact, the fillings he did for me are still looking good in my mouth that was done back in 1993! The only thing I need to be done now is a filling and 3 crowns and that's it! He does impeccable work!

I was schedule for a cleaning appointment. I received a confirmation call two days prior to the appointment which I confirmed. I arrived at the time I was told to be there but the office was not open. I waited for 1/2 hour. When the office open, I was told there was not appointment for me on that day and they could not find my chart. They offered me another appointment on that day but I could not make it. The person at the desk could not tell me why the appointment was not registered as "I was on vacation." The attitude was one of this office just does not care. I received a call later that day and spoke with the same person. She said they had found my chart and were sorry about the mix up that morning but the same attitude persisted. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone and will never go back.
