In 2007 This so call dr put a pacemaker in me that i did not need. I went to hospital to have an arteriogram done. After the test was done it showed no blockage or HEART disease but yet while i was still sedated he went to my wife and told her my heart was so bad that she had to sign to have a pacemaker put in because he couldn't wait for me to come to. I realize a couple weeks later that there was nothing wrong with my heart and told him i wanted the pacemaker removed He said if he took it out that he would write the state a letter stating that i was not able to drive. I was a police Lt. At the time but i could not work until i could get a Dr. to prove my heart was fine. I found a Dr. in alabama that checked my heart and proved that it was fine. The hospital fired Justice after they found out what he had done. Three weeks after Justice put the pacemaker in he went back and changed my récords but he didn't know i had already.gotten the original. This all happened in 2007 when he… had been on his own for little over a year and in that time he put in over 200 pacemakers in the small hospital in columbia tn.
