I'm not happy with my results. He has unsteady hands and left a very noticeable scar underneath my eyes. I had a revision and a procedure to try to make scar less noticeable. He is a general plastic surgeon and do not let him near your face. It is the biggest regret of my life. African American Female 31yrs old

He is not an expert in facial plastics . He is a general plastic surgeon(Body) by Leverett. Just because he has 20 plus years of practice doesn't make him qualified to experiment on face. His hands are shaky he left a very noticeable scar underneath my eyes. I had 3 procedures the second was a revision and three the scar that is still present almost 2 yrs later. I'm not happy with my results .

I absolutely Love Body By Leverett. He is like family to me since I have been going to him since 2002. He is genuine and truly cares for his patients. I have recommended him to so many of my friends and others that I chat with. I can not say enough awesomeness about him and his whole staff. I had a breast augmentation 13 years ago and an implant exchange last month by Dr. Leverett. He is a wonderful doctor with an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Leverett and his staff did a great job of answering any questions and putting any concerns to rest. Would definitely recommend Body By Leverett!

I am going to sum this up the best I can.. so much has gone on... I went in for a tt procedure Feb 2016... got an infection.. was neglected.. told to sit in a jacuzzi with an open wound.. it was horrifying... he sent me home after a visit and 30 hours later I was airvacced out... was hospitalized 17 days.. under went 7 surgeries of intensive wound therapy... since then I have had 3 more surgeries, 2 procedures on my back.. 4 random looking "stitches" removed.. took him to the medical board... they dismissed the case because HE LIED UNDER OATH... this DR had had 9, yes NINE cases go in front of the board and all have been dismissed..now I know why... the state of AZ requires an expert witness dr to testify... talked to 2 and they BOTH agreed that he was sloppy and a haphazard.... but obviously believed his lies. 6 lies in his records that I proved to be false information.. a case like this is tough to pursue although my attorneys are in shock that he got away with it.. I am scarred for… LIFE.. emotionally and physically all because he didnt feel "i" was worth his time.. he had absolutely NO compassion.. told me I had a fever because I didnt get out of bed.. told me my excruciating back pain was from lack of exercising and was then determined I had 120ml of pus on my backbone... I am not only paying for a botched surgery, I'm suffering tremendously due to the pain I have on a daily basis 2 years later.. I could go on and on and wish I could post my pictures as I will wherever I can.... please message me with any questions as I will do my best to answer... please find someone who will care about you, not BLAME you for their mistakes....

I went to see Dr Leverett to replace my breast implants after ten years of wearing them. Dr Leverett charged me $11,000.00 dollars to do this. He said it would cost $5,000.00 to remove the old ones and $6000.00 to replace them. I told him at that visit and every single visit thereafter that I wanted to go larger in size. He just nodded his head like he fully understood this. At the time of surgery...while under he solely made the decision to not only accommodate my repeated request but because the new implants were about half of the size of my original implants he made the decision without my permission to cut off both of my nipples and then cut off extra skin under my breasts to get the smaller implants to fit better before sewing my nipples back on again.. Now not only did I absolutely hate the A cup implants that he chose to go with but now I had unbelievable massive scarring from the center of both of my nipples directly straight down to my body. Post surgery he asked me how I felt… about them and I could barely talk through all of my tears...I told him exactly how I felt and how much I had hated what he had done and I told him I was concerned about all of these scars now too...and he informed me that for another $4,000.00 he could minimize the appearance of the scarring he had created. Needless to say there were no before or after pictures taken of me....I was and am very unhappy with the job that he did on me and he never seemed to care one bit.

The staff at Body By Leverett are the best! The friendly staff always greets me by name. The nurse, Christina, is the best injector. I love my Botox and Sculptra results. Dr. Leverett did my breast aug and I could not be happier with my results. I recommend everyone to go to Dr. Leverett's office!

Dr. Leverett's office is great! They are quick and kind and all work well together. I make sure to come on a regular basis to keep my skin in check and frown lines away!

Today marks 16 weeks since my 'Mommy Makeover' and that said, this review is 16 weeks late in coming! What took so long? When writing this review, I wanted to make sure that I did it right to express my appreciation for Dr. Leverett with the best detailed review. After all, he and his staff gave me the best detailed experience my initial visit to surgery to post-op visits. In 2000, I had a breast augmentation with saline implants. Now, 16 years later, the revised silicone implants provide a safe alternative with a more natural look than saline. Knowing my â??girlsâ?? needed an update, I consulted with Dr. Leverett; however, I was also interested in a tummy tuck as well. After discussing what the results of a tummy tuck would bring, I was on board and dialed in for the â??Mommy Makeoverâ??! Iâ??ve been a personal trainer for 18 years and knew my hard work in the gym wouldnâ??t resolve the excess skin from weight fluctuation given my 2 pregnancies in â??88 & â??92. M weight escalated… from 145 to 220+ with both; however, my current weight is at 135 and I still had the â??pouchâ??. Thanks to Leverett, the 'pouch' is gone and my figure is more appealing then I could ever imagine! Dr. Leverett has been very professional at all times.
