Dr. Larry Miller has been practicing dentistry for 30 years. He first became interested in becoming a dentist when he was introduced to his mentor and friend, Dr. Peter Berger who helped guide him through college and dental school at the University of Missouri Dental School in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Miller attained his doctorate in dental surgery in 1982 and immediately started his practice in Georgia.
Dr. Miller has seen many changes in the practice of dentistry and he continues to embrace these changes through his participation in post doctorate continuing education courses in areas such as implant surgery, restorative dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. He also believes in keeping up with and has incorporated into his practice much of the latest technology, including digital x-rays and Cerec same-day crowns.
In his spare time, Dr. Miller enjoys boating, golf, and playing guitar. Dr. Miller and his wife, Patti, also enjoy travel and time spent with their …children and grandchildren.
Dr. Miller’s excitement for and love of the practice of dentistry stems from his solid belief that he can help others to protect and preserve the most important asset in one’s ability to communicate and to create a positive first impression, their smile.
