Does not listen to the patient when a problem after extraction occurs. Now 3 months later, still on liquid diet and -20 lbs. And drove 70 miles to different surgeon to fix this screw up. When a patient comes in with swollen jaw and cannot chew don't tell them it's TMJ and you're stumped and send them on. There are 2 other surgeons there that could've consulted if he was "stumped." A dr that ignores a patient out of arrogance should not be practicing. I have had to get extraction site opened up twice. Once because it did not heal right. Then this time for bone fragments and infection. I told him 3 weeks ago something was wrong. My jaw was really swollen and horrible pain. Today I saw in my records he stated there was no swelling that day. I went to my DDS and they saw it and how swollen it was. Unbelievable. Covering his a$$ I guess.
