Dr. Stewart proudly calls the North Texas area home.  He was raised in Richardson and attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas.    Dr. Stewart attended the Baylor College of Dentistry and received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.  He is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a Diplomate of both the American and International College of Dentists. He has been practicing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the North Texas area since 1982. He has watched the North Texas area blossom into a vibrant community with a diverse, well-educated population that seeks quality health care.
Dr. Stewart is active in numerous community and professional organizations.  He has served as the president of the Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Chief of Surgery at Medical Center of Plano, and was a consultant to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.  …His career interests are in Image Guided Surgery for reconstructive and dental implant surgery.
Dr. Stewart is passionate about reaching out to those in need. He has been fortunate to be a part of a medical missions team serving people in Guatemala and Kenya. 
Dr. Stewart enjoys fishing, hunting, and has a passion for photography.
