I am really patient with everyone and hate writing reviews in general, but this office has the most disgusting front desk and manager, with their lack of manners and professionalism to speak to people, and lack of respect to others, lying to people. even their so called manager is unprofessional and not suited for her job (if she was the manager).

Terrible stuff! Cancelled the appointment that needed so much! Made another one which is even further than the original one without confirmation! Lied that spoke to me …and hang up when I tried to find out what happened!

We met Dr Tetsoti during a very stressful time. My husband was experiencing severe pain due to prostate problems. Dr Tetsoti's receptionist gave us an immediate appointment as soon as a cancellation came up. And the experience at the office only became better: the staff and Dr Tetsoti himself were warm, caring, and very efficient. They embody what one wants most from a medical facility: professionalism. We were given an accurate diagnosis and plan of treatment. The office itself was clean and the wait time minimal. The followup visits went well, and when my husband experienced a setback we received a phone call right away from the doctor when we called the answering service. No one wants to be sick... But, if you have to deal with an illness, it is comforting to know you are in good and capable medical hands. We highly recommend Dr. Tetsoti for his expertise in urology, great medical mannerism, friendly and well trained staff.

I was referred to Dr. Tetsoti for his expertise and wisdom. AMAZING experience in all aspects. The staff was so pleasant, helpful, polite and attentive. Dr. Tetsoti's reputation had preceded him prior to my visit. He did not disappoint. A true professional in his craft, Dr. Tetsoti consulted with me to discuss test results from my primary care doctor, ordered new tests and procedures and administered a thorough physical examination. Dr. Tetsoti is a consummate skilled professional with a comforting demeanor. Highly recommended to anyone looking for superior care. Five (5) stars do not do this practice justice.
