Best dentist ever!!! So happy to have found Dr. Tragesser and his amazing team!

What was memorable?? Sonya the office nothing according to Brook talks to people and other professional offices like they are stupid and beneath her. Dr. Tragesser is also rude and doesn't take any accountability for the unprofessional behavior of his staff. If I talked to my customers the way she talked too me...I would not have a job. 100% do not recommend !!!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars but that's not an option sadly I just got back home from this excuse of a business so I am still pretty upset over how my mother was treated. The dentist didn't even spend 2 minutes with my mom and he was ready to leave the room and move on to the next told her to take time to decide what she wanted to do with her tooth rather than asking if she already knew what she wanted to do with it then I was standing near the corner not in his way what so ever and he turns to me and says you need to either sit down or go upstairs well considering the only chair for me to sit on in there was made for a toddler and would only fit one butt cheek if that my option was either brick under the window or the floor so I ended up sitting on brick which was pointless cause not a minute later he was trying to leave the room keep in mind half my moms face is swollen from this tooth and I the daughter had to ask whats gonna be done about the pain that she has been in for awhile no… NOTHING from him so my mom asks if she needs to start antibiotics again and he just agrees and leaves it was obvious he wanted nothing to do with us or to help her the minute he realized we weren't upscale so basically if you're not dressed to the nines and have money pouring out of your mouth the minute you open it don't even bother because he will just end up talking to you like you're just a waste of time and be out in under 5 minutes if you're lucky to even get that much time from him since he's on an obvious high horse.

I think Dr T. and his staff are great. My family and I have been going to him for 16 years and have no complaints.

Dr. Tragesser is in the business of making money to buy real estate, not cocerned regarding the quality of his dental work. He did a totally unncessary root canal without any numbing agents, and then suggested that it shouldn't hurt as bad as I was making it out. Eventually he had to stop because I couldn't be still in the chair; as soon as he was done I fled his office and will NEVER go back. After 8 months of excrutiating pain, I mustered up the courage to see a Periodontist. He informed me that the root canal had only been started (i.e. the clean out process) and that he would need to complete it. I reluctantly agreed, but deemed it my only option. I was surprised to get a bill for over $2,000 in the mail, it seems that Dr. Tragesser went ahead and billed out for the full root canal, forcing my insurance to deny the claim for the ACTUAL work that was done. After months and months of round and round battles with his staff, I threatened to hire an attorney and finally received… the credit for the work that Dr. Tragesser had never done. His staff is rude and totally disrespectful and the doctor has one thing on hi$ mind, and it isn't your teeth! If I could score it a 0 star, I would!
