In 2017, I graduated from Capella University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I primarily work with adult clients. I understand clients come into therapy for many reasons, I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, coping skills, self-esteem, stress, relationships, anger management, communications skills, and behavioral intervention. My approach combines client centered, solution-focused, rational-emotive counseling and cognitive behavior therapies.
